Delivery FAQs

1. How long does delivery take?
Once your order is processed (allow 1-2 working days), we dispatch it using a 48-hour courier service. Most customers receive their items within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

2. Do you charge for delivery?

  • Orders under £50: Delivery charge of £3.98.

  • Orders £50 and above: Free delivery.

3. Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Mainland UK. For the Channel Islands or Southern Ireland, additional delivery charges may apply—please contact us for a delivery quote.

4. Can I collect my order in person?
For security and Health & Safety reasons, we do not offer in-person collection from our warehouse.

5. What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
Our courier will leave a delivery card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.

Refund FAQs

1. Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Yes, if you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • It is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. How do I start a return?
Contact us at sales@everythingwater-energy.com to notify us of your return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

3. Who covers the return shipping cost?

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • For faulty or incorrect goods, we will cover the return shipping costs once the return is approved.

4. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 2 working days. We’ll arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.

6. Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, you will need to place a new order after returning the original item.

1. How do I register my tap for the warranty?
To activate your warranty, please fill in the warranty registration form included with your product and submit it via the instructions provided.

2. What does the warranty cover?
The tap comes with a 5-year warranty, and the boiler is covered by a 2-year warranty.

Installation FAQs

1. Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we offer professional installation services. Contact us for more details.

2. Can I install the tap myself?
No, we recommend using a qualified fitter to install your tap. This ensures proper setup and maintains your warranty coverage.

3. What happens if my tap isn’t working after installation?
If your tap isn’t working, refer to the troubleshooting section in the manual or contact us at sales@everythingwater-energy.com for assistance.
